The Piixie software, name and logo, and the contents of this website (texts, images, design and source code) belong to Data Giant S.L. or are used under license. Reproducing, distributing or transforming them without written permission is not allowed, except where the law expressly permits it. Third-party components included in Piixie are used under their own licenses, which ship with the application.

4. Liability

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only. Data Giant S.L. is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from here, nor for interruptions of the website caused by reasons beyond its control.

5. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Madrid (Spain), without prejudice to any mandatory right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
